With the MTR-i™ (Management team roles indicator) Steve Myers has developed a questionnaire that is perfectl in line with the ideas of Jung and the MBTI. The MTR-i™ focuses on the behaviour that someone shows in a team, the role he plays in the team. Comparing the team role with the personal preferences is an even stronger tool to empower your team.
This tool has also been developed by Steve Myers. It is a great tool in organisational change to brainstorm about the ideal composition of a team. However, it is necessary to be familiar with the methodology through using the MBTI and the MTR-i.
