Working it out together
The MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®) helps the individual to recognize his strengths and unique gifts, which will lead to a better understanding of their own actions.
On the other hand it provides insights about motivations and point of growth. In addition to being important for individual personal development, it is also useful in the coaching of teams. This is because it provides both an insight into the own type ànd the type of colleagues and clients.
It will be obvious that this knowledge will have a positive impact on cooperation an productivity. After more than 60 years of research and development the MBTI is the tool the most widely used in the world in understanding differences in personality.
The JTI (Jungian Type Indicator®) is a similar tool, but it views the individual more from Carl Jung’s perspective.
